Kapow Based – Dark Berries
Genetics: Unknown
Bag Appeal: Kapow’s Dark Berries is absolutely covered in frost. The conical green and violet nugs are stacked like spears. The swollen bracts are steeped in resin and orange pistils, which adds further visual intrigue to the uneven surface of each bud. Meticulously dried and cured, Dark Berries breaks down like wet molding sand.
Aroma: The Dark Berries is intensely fragrant, with one of the cleaner mixed-berry smells I’ve encountered. The aroma has an ambient astringent fuel quality that is similar to a sharp OG. Incredibly loud, Dark Berries has an ambrosiac depth that is narcotic and inviting.
Flavor: Very true to its aroma, Kapow’s Dark Berries tastes like a Blue Raspberry Slushie – a powerful mouth-coating syrupy sour that is uniquely delicious. While present in the flavor and palpable in the effects, the gas is fairly soft, adding a precise bitter finish to an otherwise overwhelmingly sweet palate. Dark Berries has a lumbering intensity, and is instantly sedative and calming. The lulling physical effects settle in my forehead and back, as Dark Berries very much doubles down on tranquility.
